You agree to:

• Use the platform under their assigned role (student/teacher/admin)
  

3. School Accounts

• Schools may manage users, content, and settings
  
• Teachers and students must join a valid school to access school features
  
• Schools are responsible for the content they upload
  

4. Content Ownership

• Schools and users retain ownership of uploaded materials (PDFs, notes, etc.)
  
• By uploading content, you grant VidyaAI permission to process it for AI functionality
  

5. AI Limitations

VidyaAI:

• May generate incorrect or incomplete responses
  
• Should not be used as the sole source of truth for critical decisions
  

Users should verify important information.

6. Subscription & Billing

• Individual users may require a subscription
  
• School-based users may access services under their institution’s plan
  
• Pricing and plans may change over time
  

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Upload harmful, illegal, or copyrighted content without permission
  
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the system
  
• Access other schools’ data
  

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts if:

• Terms are violated
  
• Misuse or abuse is detected
  

9. Limitation of Liability

VidyaAI is provided “as is”.

We are not liable for:

• Errors in AI responses
  
• Data loss (though we take precautions)
  
• Any indirect damages
  

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
